Returned PGL goods on Clearance goods will only be accepted for return or credit within 7 days from invoice date.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned PGL Clearance goods unless otherwise negotiated.
Returned PGL goods will only be accepted with an accompanying and completed “Product Returned Form”.
PGL sales representatives must be contacted prior to any return of PGL goods. The PGL representative will send you a “Product Returned Form” to complete.
In relation to Clearance goods, PGL will not accept any responsibility for the return of any goods unless there is a significant default with the product, as these products are being sold at cost or sometimes below cost.
All freight charges of returned PGL goods are the responsibility of the credit applicant unless prior agreement is established between PGL and the credit applicant.
All returned or credited PGL Clearance products are strictly subject to PGL’s discretion.
