Our PGL Lab is a state-of-the-art lab for accurate and comprehensive testing to the high standard of ASTM testing, ensuring the highest quality standards for all products that we sell in New Zealand. We batch test every product we sell and document every test we carry out.

This facility has been designed for rigorous testing of our products. It offers us and our customers peace of mind around the quality of our products while also enabling innovation and new product development so that we can deliver on all of our brand performance promises.

Every product we source from a supplier, and every product we manufacture, is tested to ensure that it meets the stated specifications and that it is fit-for-purpose.

By testing every product we sell in our PGL Lab, we can make recommendations to our customers on the most suitable products for their needs, no matter the substrate or surface.

We test all of our adhesive tapes by batch, and by three key metrics, to make sure they meet our stringent performance guarantees. These three metrics are tensile strength, elongation and shear strength. We also run customised tests for customers to test tapes in specific conditions

Our Test | Verify | Record process ensures that the results of all tests we do are available in the future to validate the quality of all products we sell in the New Zealand market.

Our PGL Lab is also being used to help us develop and test new products with our supplier partners so we can develop a pipeline of innovative products.
